Our Group will thereby take a 20% stake in YOONEST, while contributing to consolidate its mid and long term financial resources in order to foster its operational development.
YOONEST is an aggregator listing 40 Real Estate Mutual Funds and 15.000 new dwellings, with an updated inventory in real time, from product search up until subscription through digital signing, YOONEST is therefore a friendly user and simple market place.
This digital platform of real estate investments offers a broad vision of real estate savings supported by a comprehensive range of innovative real estate products and services : a fully digitized subscription process, investments in new housing, health, tourism concepts, asset management tools and services as well as funding and insurance solutions.
Moreover, advice approach continuously capitalizes on users feedback.
Currently dedicated to real estate professionals and Independant Financial Advisors, the platform will embed during the course of 2nd half 2021, new applications which will help adressing retail market (BtoC).
YOONEST aims at becoming a referring player in real estate investments digital distribution and sales.
Our partnership with YOONEST is thus fully set within our electronic and digital strategy. It should also enable to foster obvious cross business synergies with our Investment Services Business Line (Structured Products, Asset Management).
