We are very pleased to announce full completion of our Partnership Agreement with Davy Barthes on Equity Derivatives.
Our Group will thereby take a 25 % stake in Hyber Holdings LLC, a Delaware holding company fully owning Magen Financial LLC, a New York based and FINRA Regulated US Broker Dealer.
Magen Financial LLC will develop its brokerage business on the entire range of American Equity Derivatives products, while fully incorporating all industry evolutions and new digital technologies.
Davy Barthes, an EDHEC Business School graduate, began his career with Sunrise Brokers in London in 2003 as Head of US Volatility and became a Partner in 2005. He then founded Sunrise Brokers New York where he served as CEO for 10 years, thereby building one of the best flagship franchises in US Equity Derivatives Brokerage. This fastest growing Equity Derivatives Broker in the US has been acquired by BGC Partners in 2016.
